1. General Provisions

1.1 Welcome to the JoySpeed Event Management Platform (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform"). The Platform is provided and operated by Werun Technology (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "our").

1.2 These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") constitute an agreement between you and the Platform regarding your use of the Platform's services. Please read these Terms in their entirety before registering an account or using the Platform's services.

1.3 By registering, logging in, or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please do not register or use the Platform.

2. Account Registration and Management

2.1 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information during registration and to promptly update such information when changes occur.

2.2 You are fully responsible for the security of your account, including the safeguarding of your password and verification codes. All activities conducted under your account shall be deemed as your own actions.

2.3 You shall notify us immediately upon discovering any unauthorized use of your account.

2.4 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that you have violated these Terms or provided false information.

3. Event Registration Services

3.1 The Platform provides event organizers and participants with services including event information publishing, online registration, payment processing, and results management.

3.2 Specific event rules, eligibility requirements, fee structures, and refund policies are determined by the event organizers and displayed on the event pages. You should carefully review and accept the relevant event rules before registering.

3.3 After submitting your registration, you must ensure that all provided information (including participant name, identification number, contact details, etc.) is accurate and complete. You are solely responsible for any consequences arising from inaccurate or incomplete information.

3.4 Some events may require an approval process. Approval results are determined by the event organizers, and the Platform only provides technical support.

3.5 Sporting events carry inherent risks. You should fully understand the nature and risks of the events you wish to participate in and make rational choices based on your physical condition. If you have health concerns, we recommend consulting a medical professional.

4. Payment Services

4.1 The Platform's payment functionality is provided by third-party payment processors (WeChat Pay, Alipay, Stripe, etc.). We do not directly process your payment information.

4.2 You should comply with the relevant payment processor's terms of service when making payments. We will assist you in communicating with the payment processor to resolve any issues that arise during the payment process.

4.3 Registration fee refunds are processed according to the refund policies set by each event organizer. In the event of event cancellation, we will coordinate with the event organizer to process refunds.

5. User Conduct

When using the Platform, you shall not engage in any of the following activities:

• Publishing illegal, infringing, obscene, defamatory, harassing, fraudulent, or otherwise inappropriate content
• Impersonating other individuals or organizations, or providing false identity information
• Using the Platform for any illegal or unlawful activities
• Interfering with or disrupting the normal operation of the Platform, including but not limited to using malware, crawlers, DDoS attacks, etc.
• Accessing, modifying, or deleting the Platform's data without authorization
• Using the Platform's services for commercial resale or other unauthorized commercial purposes

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, images, icons, software, interface design, and data, is protected by intellectual property laws.

6.2 Without written permission from us or the relevant rights holders, you may not copy, modify, distribute, display, mirror, or otherwise use the Platform's content in any manner.

6.3 Content you upload or publish while using the Platform (such as profile pictures, comments, etc.) is deemed to grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use such content.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

7.1 The Platform provides services on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied.

7.2 We do not guarantee that the Platform's services will be uninterrupted or error-free, but we will make reasonable efforts to ensure the continuity and stability of the services.

7.3 Event information published by event organizers (including but not limited to event rules, routes, schedules, etc.) is the responsibility of the organizers. We are not liable for its accuracy or completeness.

7.4 We shall not be liable for service interruptions or data loss caused by force majeure events (including but not limited to natural disasters, war, government actions, cyberattacks, etc.).

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform's services. In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the total fees you have paid to the Platform in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modified Terms shall take effect upon publication on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform's services constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the modifications, you should cease using the Platform's services.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1 The formation, execution, and interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by applicable laws.

10.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent court in the jurisdiction where the Platform operator is located.
